2.53% 13-Month Add-On CD at Prime Pacific Bank in Washington State - Local Only
Prime Pacific Bank is offering a special 13-month Add-on CD with a 2.53% APY. A checking account is required. Minimum deposit is $500, and there is no maximum deposit. Add-on deposits are allowed in increments of $500 without limit. This special doesn't seem to be listed at the bank's website. Another Rate-Cut Friday at Ally Bank
I'm afraid it's another rate-cut Friday at Ally Bank. The cuts may not all be due to the pressure from the FDIC. Several other banks continue to cut rates so the interest rate environment is also to blame. The online savings account rate dropped under 2% to 1.95% APY. The money market account rate also fell. Signature Bank is still offering a 2.50% APY 12-month CD. In addition, the bank is offering other competitive rates including a 2.85% APY 18-month CD and a 3.00% APY 24-month CD.
