I've spent the day going throught my old stuff and deciding which pieces I'm going to sell at a local flea market next week.
I already have three huge plastic bags filled with clothes. (Some of which I've had since lower secondary school!)

Pricing things is super hard, especially the ones you're kind of sad to let go.

Lazy Blogger in a Wrinkly Dress

I haven't exactly been in a mood for blogging lately, there's just been way too many things going on in my life.

Wish I had someone to iron my clothes and take my pictures for me.
Last Night Anna-Maria was kind enough to do the latter in a club's restroom at Deerhunter's gig.





Today I managed to get a new haircut and find our electric iron, so I guess I'm going to be in a much more presentable state soon. Perheps it's time to revive this blog as well.

..But not before I'm done watching Evil Dead 2!

I Took a Whole Lotta' Time to Get There..

..but the closet is finally in (goddamn') order.
It feels like having bunch of brand new clothes to choose from.

And I got around to reserving that table from the nearest flea market.
Now I think I'll just sit back, relax and have some sparkling wine. ..In my closet.








As you can see it's a fairly small walk-in closet
(about three or four square meters),
but I love it to death.

I can give you a more detailed tour sometime, but there isn't a whole lot to see.
Old dresses and granny-bags, mainly.

Still (barely) Alive

Geez, I've had the worst couple of weeks ever.
First of all, I've been ill, ill, ill to the point that it's not even ironic anymore (I'm still having a slight fever. If there is some kind of higher force, it has the crappiest sense of humour ever.) and our internet connection was off a while time because of some renewing work.

But on the positive sidenote, I do have a new baby:




I've never been that much into bags, but I think this is the last one I'll ever need.
It's by the amazing Finnish designer Minna Parikka (who, by the way, opened a web boutique some time ago) and well worth the long hours I busted my ass at work after school.

This week I've been mostly..

..Taking pictures and having my pictures taken.



At the moment I have this real fancy-ass camera lent from my school and I'm pretty sure I'm going to accidentally smash it in the upcoming days.
Maybe I'll be able to snap a decent outfit shot before that happens.



P.S.
My favourite dress has been re-listed to our Etsy, because a certain someone didn't pay for it. ..Not to mention the problems I've had with the Finnish postal company lately!
I'm beginning to think that this whole store thing wasn't such a great idea after all.

The Newspaper Man

from a newspaper stand;
from his boots to his pants
to his comments and his rants
he knows that any little article will do!

..Yeah, I'm about to enter one of the most hectic perioids of my studies tomorrow.
But who knows, it might be fun. At least I have a reason to get my act together and not to sleep terribly late every morning.
But don't be shocked if I start sending you sleazy emails begging for an interview!

Hi, I'm still alive!
And I'm going to start blogging normally very soon.

I've been going through a phase of changes in my frame of mind lately.
For me this often means going through my old things and getting rid of those I feel I don't need anymore.
It's kind of letting go of the past.

Tomorrow I'll reserve a table at a local self service flea market and tonight I'm listing many of my old outfits at Etsy.
