H.R. 1207: Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2009 has 165 co-sponsors. It is time for accountability. The Fed is the central banking system of the United States and it manages the nation's money supply and monetary policy, many blame the Fed is responsible for creating inflation. Although having "Federal" in the title makes it sound official, the curious thing is that it is a private business, which can create money out of thin air and debt for the American people.
